Problems with Levinson sound system

I just purchased a 2017 RC 350 with AWD, F-sport and Levinson sound system. 2 days later, I heard a thump and the sound shut off. The tuner still works, the phone pairs, there is no sound. I tried to find a blown fuse, but with no luck.

Same i have with my 2015 RC 350. My phone has a messed up charging port and I think it glitched out the amp or something because it receives the input just doesnt output sound. The power light on the sound system comes on still so im guessing power is still reaching the amp. Let me know if you find any answers.
