I have a 1995 lexus es300 v6. I'm wondering if there is a bypass of some sort for the hydraulic radiator fan and converting it to electric?. Or is there a specific reason to why my fan may have stopped turning and how I can fix it?

Hi.....welcome to the Forum

If the fan is defective it will have signs of fluid leak around the centre of the drive pulley.

Also, you should feel resistance when turning it by hand (with the engine off) to prove the viscous coupling is still functioning effectively.

You could place an electric fan in front or rear of the radiator but ensure that it is rotating in the correct direction dependant on where it is positioned.
