14 Is250 fuel injector cleaning question

Hi,

 

I have the 2014 IS250 with 69K miles, and am wondering if I should be having or doing myself, a fuel injector cleaning.  The car doesn't run rough or anything, but thought it might need to be done.   Any advice?
