Norm M. Posted March 3, 2020 Share Posted March 3, 2020 I bought a 2015 RX 350 F Sport CPO in November. It had a smell like an evergreen air freshener when I bought it and was told it would dissipate. It is March now and the smell is as strong as ever, despite the dealership detailing it twice and even having an "ozium treatment" done. Although the dealer actually found two air fresheners hidden under the back seats, removing them did not make a difference! The cabin air filter has been replaced. The smell is more noticeable after a few minutes of driving while running the heat. Does anybody else have a similar problem? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
