I have been a Lexus owner since 1999 when we bought our SC300 and GS. We have been a 2 Lexus family ever since. We love the cars but the customer service seems to be slipping and wondered if others are having similar experience.

Hi Roger.....welcome to the Forum

It seems it might be a case of the brand becoming more popular and not necessarily increasing the business infrastructure to accommodate the customer aftersales demand.

I suppose if Lexus get enough negative consumer feedback then they may improve their overall service?
