csamos2
Hello. New to the forum. I have a 1991 LS 400 with the Pioneer Head unit, no CD Controls. I would like to swap the unit for a Nakamichi one. How easy is this to do, and what needs to be done? Will there be any improvement in sound quality with just the head unit or do I need to put in a Nak amp as well? If replacing the Nak amp, is that an easy task? Is there wiring in my car for a trunk changer? does it have to be a factory changer to work with the nakamichi? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to do this conversion in the next day or so, if possible. Thanks! Chris 1991 LS400 78k.
PIONEERSUBY
yes it is an easy task to install the nakamichi system. you will need a nakamichi headunit with a cd button, a nakamichi subwoofer amp and the subwoofewr, a lexus 6 disc cd changer and a 16 foot cd changer cable. email me at piopneersuby@woh.rr.com and i will give you the part numbers and pictures of the items you are looking for.
