Iphone ios 13 bluetooth issue with Lexus RX 350

I've updated my iPhone 8 plus to the newest iOS 13, now my iPhone won't connect to my Lexus RX 350. Is anyone else having this issue?  Specifically when you go to Bluetooth, Lexus RX is not listed.

Update, to resolve this issue remove in Settings < Bluetooth < my devices and the music device your Lexus is using.  For mine the name was "Car Accessory ".  Once this was removed, the iPhone was able to register and I was able to use my phone by the way of Bluetooth.
