When the screen comes up "start transfer", when I press it, the Bluetooth connection is broken. How can I move this date from my phone? eugene.s Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 It might be that your new phone is just not supported. I would try to delete > register the phone a few times.
