07 LS 460 vsc , abs , brake system failure dash lights

This pass weekend as I was driving at 40 mph this lights went on my dash , as you can see in the pictures my car has only 40000 miles , could anybody give me an advise or should I just take it to the dealer?

Oh God! Abs pump? I just bought an 08 gs460. This possibility almost changed my mind. I  hope its something other than that my friend.

was at Toyota dealer with brake and abs light on and they told me I needed a brake Actuator and accumulator. 

 

I researched the forms of Lexus and seen that it was a known problem.

C1241 LEXUS Meaning
If there is a problem with the brake actuator assembly (Skid Control Electronic Control Unit) power supply circuit, the skid control ECU outputs the Diagnostic Trouble Code(DTC) and prohibits under the fail safe function.

 

C1391 Lexus Description

The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is stored if a brake fluid, internal or other leak is detected due to improper sealing in the actuator.
