Justo Posted June 14, 2018 Share Posted June 14, 2018 Bought a new IS 300 in January (Lexus Escondido), within a few thousand miles seat was creasing. They replaced and less than 1k miles the creases are back. After speaking with "higher ups" The District Manager, Steven Alvarez, decided there is no sign of a manufacturing defect in workmanship or material.
