pj8708 Posted June 6, 2018 Share Posted June 6, 2018 No its not. Lexus is shown to be the most reliable car, above any other brand. Both Consumer Reports and JD Power make them no 1. However something like a water pump won't last forever. Be sure to ask your dealer why the part went bad, should this be expected with other parts and what parts have use limits .
