2007 RX350 Access to Backside of Motor

Is it possible to rotate the motor forward a little by removing motor mounts and placing transmission in neutral? Need to change spark plugs and ignition coils on backside. I have done this on some GM cars.

U can get at the rear plugs by removing a bunch of stuff from the top. There was a tutorial on this site on how to do it. Altho it's time consuming I think it would be easier than messing with the mounts.

I changed all spark plugs and ignition coils this weekend. There is absolutely no room to rotate the motor. Had to remove windshield wipers, wiper motor and tray, along with throttle body and plastic plenum. Followed a tutorial from this forum. Not the hardest thing I've ever done just time consuming and you need the right tools.
