2007 GS350 won't change from heat to cool

I changed the alternator and shorted out the fusible link. Replaced it and a few smaller fuses that blew. Everything works great now, except temperature will only blow heat - won't change to cool. Compressor is turning, blower works fine. My research shows it's probably the AC servo behind the glove box, but before I try that (mucho labor) I wonder if anyone knows if there is a fuse that powers that servo that might be the problem.
