'05 LX 470 Hit Pitched Noise From Interior Blower Fan

Hello,

I recently noticed my LX 470 has a high pitched noise when the fan is on for the heat or AC. 

I replaced the blower motor but that did not fix it. 

Any thoughts on what it may be?

when did the noise first start...and had any work been carried out in the heating / ventilation area?

Pollen filter may be worth checking and maybe take out to eliminate the whether it could be creating or amplifying the noise
