Car shuts off while driving

I Have A 92 es300 with 112xxx miles on it & the car turns off when I come to a complete stop while driving. I already bought a new battery but it still does it. It does turn back on right away but it will shut off again when I make a stop. Can someone help me out with some ideas of what it could be. Thnks (:
