I have a Lexus GX 460.  My back windshield exploded spontaneously, causing extensive damage.  It literally shattered into many small pieces, exploding mostly outward.  Has this happened to anyone else?  If so, it is dangerous and extremely concerning.  Both myself and my dogs could have been injured and are shaken up by this event.
