Multi-function Display and Tachometer

The Warning Lights for "oil level" and "rear bulb out" stay lit, the Tachometer doesn't work, and the Mult-Function Display only shows data for DTE (Distance 'til Empty).  Sound like a short somewhere or a defective instrument cluster.  Any other owners experience a similar problem and have any troubleshooting ideas or repair estimates?  Thanks!
