How To Change Serpentine Belt Tensioner?

I cannot, for the life of me, find any DIY about changing the serpentine belt tensioner on a 2nd Gen RX350.

Anybody know where I can find one, please post a link here

My tensioner pulley is making noise.I replaced the rear idler pulley (can't get to the front one), but still have the noise. I've seen a couple posts about it, and some mention a DIY for replacing the tensioner pulley bearing. I can't seem to find the DIY anywhere.

Can someone post a link for me?
A part number for the bearing would be nice, also.

Also, is the tensioner pulley bolt REVERSED THREAD? If not, mine is stuck solid!

I as able to find help from another forum. I changed the tensioner pulley bearings for about $24. Took me about 30 mins.
