Starter Changed, Now What?

I have a 2000 LX470 with 483,000 miles. I was getting a single click from my starter, and found some helpful DIY posts on the LC Forum on how to change out. Sounds like contacts are worn. I am mildly capable mechanically, and have little more than a standard Craftsman tool set at my disposal, but decided to take it on. I have removed the starter, and have a new one waiting at the parts store. In the daylight, I noticed that the seals around the fuel injectors looked a little aged, and figured a good idea to change them, as well as the Intake Manifold Gaskets. I have owned her since 100,000, and pretty sure (with exception of the Timing Belt) everything under the hood has been there since it left Japan.

My question to those who certainly know more than me are:

- While I am this far in, what else should I consider changing/cleaning? The inside, as well as outside of the Intake Manifold are filthy with a lot of buildup even down in the head/valve area.

- Are there sensors or other electronics that should be inspected or replaced.
