Rear Suspension Problem

Hi there

Ride height on the car went very high and stayed there for 2 days. Absolutely no previously problems.

Car initially was ok to drive, just a little bouncy, then i went round a corner on a bumpy road and heard the air compressor engage for about 30 secs. Then a massive bang from OSR where the suspension collapsed, about 20 secs later the NSR level totally dropped also and the car sits just off the top of the rear tires and very low.

Does anyone know potential cause of the original high ride height? and i assume i have blown the air shock?
