Is it work for 94 LS400?

And also can you recommend jack for LS400?

I bought 2 1/4 ton jack from O'reily, but it couldn't lift up my LS400.

I want to change coolant and transmisson oil&filter, so I need good jack.. please recommend jack for these works.

The jack points are crucial for the jack to work. I use a floor jack. Only change fluid there is no filter just a screen. Drain measure fill run. Repeat. Look for the two notches under the car for the jack point. Many parts under the car will not support the jack. Good luck

Why do you have a pic of the seat controls. I'm sure your O'reillys jack can lift your car so I assume your using it wrong. The jack points are right under the front and back doors on both sides of the car. Be careful where you place the jack since lots of places under there are not safe jack points.

I have seen people collapse oil pans, floor pans etc. also very important to chock wheels before lifting. Failing to use proper jack points will result in damage to the car OR you.

Have a rubber pad on the floor jack and in center of the aluminum cross member just behind the oil pan, or the differential unit in the rear. When using the pinch welds under the rocker panel becareful if not used right they can be ruined. You can't just use a normal jack stand on them, I personally would use wood cribbing and 4 pieces of hard wood or plastic with a saw blade groove impression to engage the pinch weld. If someone would post a pic of the correct jack you will see that it is meant to engage the pinch weld and not the area around the pinch weld as that will bend. I can't understand why a high quality car like Lexus would use such stupidity for jack points, they should have studied a Mercedes or even an old VW.

so I tried it but failed. I guess my floor jack's strock is not enough..

oh and I said filter but it mean oil strainer. my ls is now 210k, so I think I should change it.

Yep, thats the crossmember right behind the oil pan and where I always place the jack when working on the front end.

It is not a good idea to let the jack metal contact that aluminum. Why? It is going to gouge it, and why is that bad? It leaves a stress riser a very nice place for a crack to start. Always have a jack with a rubber pad on it for that aluminum cross member.

And again when metal touches the pinch weld jack points paint is going to be removed, and rust then starts there.
