Is that you in your avatar? I see why you're having problems

Step 1) Eat bowl of wheaties

step 2) Get a man to help you

step 3) push seat cushion front toward rear of vehicle, while pulling up

step 4) remove seat cushion, DO NOT SCRATCH SEAT OR OTHER PARTS OF VEHICLE, It will be heavy and awkward for a girl.

step 5) remove 4 or 5 bolts on bottom of seat back holding it to car

step 6) lift seat back up and pull out, DO NOT SCRATCH SEAT OR OTHER PARTS OF VEHICLE, It will be heavy and awkward for a girl.

step 7) remove any clips holding rear deck cover down

step 8) carefully pull up on front edge of rear deck cover, when it is free slide cover toward you.

step 8) unbolt subwooefer bracket a and remove bracket and subwoofer as one

step 9) Install dynamat extreme over metal with roller from home depot

make sure to not cover any holes needed for clips

step 10) install new subwoofer and bracket connect clip for sound, check that sub works

step 11) reinstall in reverse order

step 12) once completed play favorite Britney spears song loudly and repeat entire process in one week!
