I suggest a major cyber attack on the perpetrator taking down his computer, server and even ISP if needed. Certainly can't understand how someone gets their juice from posting crap? Attack now, attack often. Take them out.

It is difficult to sift through the spam to find a gem. Just not worth it. Surely, there is a method, other than manually deleting the spam, that could automate the process. This site appears to be very vulnerable to attack. I do visit the site regularly so the statistics will show site activity - a revenue booster. But maybe different or updated software is called for.

I'm not sure I believe that anybody could be stupid enough to believe a Lexus auto owners' / enthusiasts' site is a high-potential source for respondents. The intent is maybe more malicious; somebody's sick humor? In any case, other sites seems to be immune, so the screening technology must exist. There's not much incentive to use the site if we have to sort through all this trash to get to topics we want. Some of us will lust say goodbye. 1

Try to get a representative for anything in the US and it is nearly impossible. Look up iYogi if you want to find the very most annoying dot Indians. Most annoying place ever.
