Updated Navigation

Hi,

I recently updated the navigation on (2) 2007 Rx400h and now can no longer type in locations such as Trader Joes, Whole Foods Fred Myers, and several addresses that were previously there no longer exist. my Lexus dealer who installed it is of no help, I was told because the map has so much information on it cannot list everything?? Does any one have any ideals, I travel all over the West coast for work and need my navigation.

Any help will be MUCH appreciated.

That is weird, I installed mine last night and all of my addresses were still there. What did they do? You are only supposed to turn car on, remove disk, and install new disk and let it update.
