Bob LS430
I have a 2002 LS430. Runs great. The Lexus dealer's web site lists replacing the "fuel tank cap fpr emissions" as a part of its "dealer recommended" maintanance after 60,000 miles. Is this really necessary if there are no problems with how the engine runs?
FatCat23
I'm on my 5th LS and I've never changed a gas cap. My LS have always gone 250k or more.
Bob LS430
Thanks, that's what I thought. I have about 160K with no problems with the gas tank cap.
