In Boston the other day I paid $2.97. Near Syracuse, I paid $3.62 but that was for non-alcohol premium. Eastern shore gasoline was around $2.77

They were saying on the news this am that we had some places that were $1.99. I'll have to look and see. Our gas is cheap because Memphis has a refinery, also oil travels on the Mississippi River.

Of course, my little finicky car has to have 93 octane though.

Costco and a couple of independents are selling gas today (12/4/14) for $2.689, but its still dropping...

Just returned from a lap to Boston and Syracuse. Paid $3.09 on the NYS Thrusway but it was Sunoco and they had pump handle locks. Paid $3.01 in Syracuse again at a Sunoco. Stopped for gas on the eastern shore in Virginia (Sunoco of course) and forked over $2.66. Back in Virginia Beach, saw $2.29 at an off brand. Saw being the operative word.

btw - No wonder the lines for gasoline were so long at Costco when I drove by yesterday, price for regular is $2.399 there.

You are going to find this hard to believe. I just paid $1.91 for 93 octane. Of course, I used my Kroger card and I had earned $.50 off per gallon. Awesome!
