If you haven't done many interior trim removals you are best to leave it to a car audio shop and have them replace the speakers. They have the tools and the disassembly procedures for all vehicles for doing stereo upgrades. Break or scratch one of those trim pieces and you'll have to see it every time you get into the car. And they are very expensive as new parts from Lexus, and hard to find in wrecking yards.
