Remove 2Nd Middle Row Of Seats

Howdy. On a 2008 GX470, has anyone removed the middle row of seats? Removing the plastic cover from the mounting bracket exposes two bolts/nuts. Looks like bolts likely welded to frame. Removal of nuts should be simple and straightforward, bracket should come right off. Before I go to town, I'm wondering if anyone has actually done this ...

Personally I do not think anyone has done it yet but I don't see why it should be a problem since there is no mechanical or electronic feature on the seat that will cause any complications (like in my LS460 the rear seats recline, have automatic headrest adjustments, seat heater/cooler, and even memory seats for the back seats).
