Guys, I purchased a LS w/ 240k mi ($1200). After reinstalling the OEM catty & after market catty (direct fit) it won't idle for more than 20 sec.. runs hard, almost like a choking/putt, putt sound..

-CEL is on...

Any insight as to what the mechanic whose shop I towed it to will say/find?
