Power Door Lock Problems... Please Help

Hey guys, I have a 2006 RX 330, and the power door locks are not working. When you press the power door button on the inside of the car door it only locks and unlocks the driver door. The other 3 doors are non-responsive. Any thoughts and/or ways of fixing this?

there is a square button near your door unlock button on the drivers door that has been pushed down, it is to keep children from opening the door from the inside. unclick this button and everything will be normal

I thought this was to lock out the windows. Don't the rear doors each have individual child safety mechanisms?

Yes the square button is the windows lock button. And to add one detail, it allows me to lock them but not unlock. Thoughts anyone?
