toocanx
I have a wierd electric problem thats stopping the car going into hibernate and thus draining the battery when left idle. It has something todo with the driver side electric window cluster OR the attached loom (I think) On the electric window cluster ONLY the drivers window works - none of the other 3 windows do. At firs I thought it would be the common fault with the cluster however I bought a replacement and tried that and it does exactly the same thing Anyone any suggestions -or- have had the same issue? maseace
This happens when the battery is disconnected or discharged (the light on the affected door window switches should be out as well). The auto power windows need to be initialized by running each one all the way down and up from each individual switch, then the driver switches will work again. Same for the moonroof. Not sure what you mean by hibernate?
