Taking Off Exhust

i wonder if any one has ever taken off the exhust to an older LS, does any one know if its hard to take off and put back on, are there anything to replace if u do advice is greatly needed

all flanges--falls apart.

But get all new aluminum[compression] gaskets to reassemble or you will have leaks !!!!!!

this really sounds stupid but i got to learn sometime...

can u by chance explain the flanges? what are they? what is their purpose?
