Non-hid To Hid Install Headlights

I have a non-hid headlights, and I just received my hid headlights. I was wondering if there is a diy for installing these headlights. Or even if you guys can help me with installing them. Do you have to remove the bumper? Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about a 98+ GS, then the bumper has to come off. Wiring should be straightforward as I believe the OEM ballast has a 9006 (OEM Halogen) connection.
