PJCarey
I just purchased a used GS400 and dropped it off at the local Lexus dealer for the 45K Service. The dealer has suggested a "fuel induction service". I was not able to discuss it with the service rep yet, but wanted to understand a little more about this item. Any ideas what it might involve? Would you guess that it is worthwhile? (this is my first posting to this site, but my previous reviews of the user community convinced me that the GS400 was a great car). Thanks for your help. TurboGS300
Uh!! That would be fuel injection service. Cleans out the fuel injectors. It's a good thing to have done if you don't run premium or use a fuel injector cleaner in the tank. Next time dump some fuel injector cleaner in the tank every other tankfull and you won't need to do it.
