Oem Changer W/ After Market Pioneer Head Unit?

Recommended Posts

I'm going to purchase a after market flip screen monitor. I was orignally going to buy a clarion, but someone told me that if I get a pioneer, it will work with my stock cd changer. I have a 2000 gs300.

What will it take to work?

Is it possible?

Thanks for the help.

yes the changer will work with modification. i would modify it for free if you send it to me. or i could send you a gs changer already with the pioneer modification and after you install it send me the gs changer. it would still be installed in same location use the same magazines and be controlled by the pioneer headunit.

i am a pioneer cd changer repair person. i already have many of the the pioneer aftermarket connector parts in stock. i will keep the lexus connector parts i remove from your cd changer which i swap with the pioneer aftermarket parts. so when i go to repair a lexus cd changer i wont have to buy the parts. so thats why it is a free deal. well not quite you will have to pay the shipping my way. i will however pay to ship it back.
