2nd disappointment with the salesperson that sold me my 2011 RX 350 in November 2012 from our local Lexus dealership. My husband and I was told when I purchased the RX 350, by the salesperson, that the car used regular gas. Yesterday I was informed by the gas station attendent, who was pumping my gas, that the gas cap read to use premium gas.

Do I have to use premium gas?

What recourse do I have with the dealership regarding incorrect information given by their salesperson?

You can use regular, but if you notice pinging from the engine switch back...Performance will also decrease, this is a subject discussed many times on these forums...Sales people will tell you anything to make a sale...
