cmlampa Posted March 12, 2004 Share Posted March 12, 2004 When driving over 60mph or when a gust of wind hits the front of my 02 ES300 I get a ratteling of plastic under the hood. I've removed the plastic shroud under the engine and tried driving but without it but the noise continued. It sounds almost like the wind is vibrating a piece of plastic under the hood.
