Any One Have This Problem?

Any one have this problem?

When you turn on the AC or Heat the you hear a ticking sound like the fan.

Not sure if its a messed up fan or what it is. Any one have any idea.

Oh yeah stupid question but is there another fan somewere that pushes the Heat or AC in the car? or is it the main one in front of the engine?

Only cause i hear that tickin sound inside the car not outside

Yea. It's behind the dash towards the passenger side. Could be a leaf or something in there.
