brn2rnjk1 Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I can't get the usb port to consistently read my iPhone content (podcasts). Sometimes it just says there is a problem. Other times it will play them but no content shown. I don't have a problem with BT but that is more limited. Charging does work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
James Horning Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 First try a new Apple cable. Second : try turning phone on / off . Third : Do a hard reset on the phone. Forth : Plug in and sync with iTunes when complete eject phone using iTunes , don't just unplug it. Fifth : check with your dealer there has been some firmware updates for navigation problems and erratic behavior it may help .
