jrwright Posted March 10, 2004 Share Posted March 10, 2004 You have to remove the entire center console cover (area around the shifter). It's not screwed in, but rather held in place with clips, so you have to remove it slowly and methodically in order not to break anything. You'll have to unplug the switches for the heated seats and hight control as I recall. To get it all the way out you have to unscrew the 4hi/lo shifter knob.
