Strange Noise Please Help To Find Out

I Have 2007 RX350 with 112000 miles. I have a problem with groan noise from engine compartment. The noise change with the turn of the steering wheel. You can listen the noise when i move steering wheel. What can cause of the weird groan noise? at 0.27 moving steering wheel you can listen that groan noise getting louder

maybe you need a power steering flush...worth a try...
