Ash Tray Doesn't Open - Warranty?

I can't open it by lightly pushing on it anymore. I have to force it open by pressing the back part. Spring action is gone. I made sure nothing is jammed in there.

Is there anything I can do to fix it and is this covered under a warranty?

You didn't mention the year or mileage of you car. It it's within the factory warranty period, it's covered. If you're outside the warranty period, it isn't covered.

You might be able to find a friendly dealer to make a goodwill repair, but I wouldn't count on it.
