Does The T300 Key Programmer Can Do Car Remote Key?

I've seen some GM and newer Honda car keys that also have remotes on them. I was wondering if one would work on my lexus ls430 ? Anybody used the Key programmer tool??? I know the T300+ is the new update version of T300, but I don't know if it can program remote key or not.
