Rx350 '10: Is There Better Tires Than Stock Michelin 245/55 19&#34

Hi guys

I got 23k on my stock tires. They are pretty worn down... plus got a damage on one of them.

I started shopping for new ones. I looked online for the same tires is around $300 each...

Is there any better tires than stock or tires that are less expensive but not worse than stock?

Do you know if Michelin will give any credit towards new ones if they come with the car?

What is your experience/advise?
