Loud Buzzing Sound

Does anybody get a loud buzzing sound from the center console area?

It used to buzz for about 10 seconds and then go away but recently it buzzes for a second or two at a time but never really goes away.

I think it has something to do with the A/C because the sound will go away sometimes when I push the A/C button or the recirculation button.

I would really appreciate it if somebody could help me identify, or even better, tell me how to get rid of this problem.

This is not the LS400 forum. If you had an RX300 I'd say most likely it was either the Air Mix Servo or the Mode Servo. I'm guessing you have the same/similar servos but you really need to hear from someone who has experienced this problem on your model vehicle.
