2003 Gs430 Tranny Flush Or Drain And Fill?

Hi, I'm new to this form. I own a 2003 Black GS430 with Tan Leather interior and I love it!

I was wondering if there is anyone on this forum from the 617 area code that can recommend a dependable,honest, inexspensive mechanic?

I just had an oil change at the dealer (with a coupon of course) and they've recommend a "transmission flush". Im trying to find out if this is necessary of if I can just doa drain and re-fill?

Also my speakers are making a popping sound and I goggled that and there seems to be a simple way to fix this. has anyone on this forum done this, if not, can you recommen a place I can take it too to get fixed?

Drain and fill only
