Audio System 6 Cd Changer

My CD changer keeps switching from CD to CD on its own. Some of the CD holder arms get stuck together. I'm pretty sure I just need to replace that whole apparatus. Could someone give me some advice about this? I'm totally new to the forum and have no idea about tags or much else in the forum. Apologies for not doing this appropriately. Thanks.

Here is a link to a company, United Audio that does repairs on Lexus audio equipment. This referral Comes from a Lexus dealer who has had very good luck with them. Or you can have your dealer simply replace your present cd player.
