Hi,

You have a problem with the oxigen sensor on the exhaust pipe. Go to Lexus, read the problem in the check computer and according to the code, buy and replace the proper sensor. There are two, one for the front exhaust and the other fro the back one.

I would definitely not follow that advice. It will likely only lighten yoiur wallet and not solve the problem. Since this thread is 3 mo. old and was solved with the correct answer at NO cost 3 months ago, it was your lucky day that this advice didn't show up then and you followed it, to no avail. Hooray for Michelle. Hope the OP was as smart as Michelle.

Had the same problem. Dealer said that the charcoal canister had an internal crack and it and the VSV needed to be replaced ($1,400.00). All of the info I could find said to check for loose or damaged hoses. Found hose not connected to a metal line off of the air intake just before the air filter. Disconnected the battery for 30 minutes, reconnected and no check engine light. Waiting to see if problem reoccures.
