Has anyone had TSIB L-SB-0011-11 completed on their IS350 to eliminate front brake squeaks when lightly applying the brakes and did it eliminate the problem (as says my Lexus auto shop representative)? Also, are the new brake pads low dust brakes?

The TSIB replaces the RH and LH front discs, replaces the front disc pads, and adds new anti squeal shims.

Dealer say this is a $700 dollar job but does it work?
