snej Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 Thanks to this amazing forum I replaced the rear struts - easier job than I anticipated. I am about to tackle the front ones and was wondering if anyone has a tutorial, suggestions, video, etc. I've had this car for years and anytime I think of a new one I decide to keep it instead. 305,554 miles so far and I've had a few transmissions, replaced the climate control display once, the antenna mast twice but for the most part it has been the best car I have ever owned. I appreciate your help! The metal to metal "clunk" you hear from the front going over a bump, speed bump, results from the coil spring having worn down, pushed through, the upper rubber mount.
